We offer free online estimates which we respond to within 24 business hours. Please fill in all the information so we can give you the closest correct estimate, it will only take a few minutes.
Usually one to two days before moving day (if using our packing services) our packing crew will arrive at your home with all the materials needed to prepare your possessions for safe transport.
On moving day, your Van Operator will arrive with his loading crew. All of our operators are certified with United Van Lines, and our crews are all well trained, bonded and insured. They will care for your valuables and load the trailer with care and professionalism.
When your belongings arrive at your new home and are ready for delivery. Our Van Operator will unload, unwrap (if you are using our packing services) and place your possessions in the house as you direct them. Your Destination Member (who is listed on your bill of lading), will help you with such things as, removing packing material (if appropriate), helping you complete and submit a claim (if necessary), and third party services such as reconnecting your appliances.

Moving Your Vehicle
For safe transport of your vehicle you should have it serviced before your move. Your vehicle should be in good running order and free of any leakage. It must be clean so that an accurate Vehicle Condition Report can be made at its origin, noting the condition of the vehicle. You must be present during this inspection to sign and acknowledge the report. When it arrives at the destination, thoroughly inspect your vehicle with your destination member or van operator and note any exceptions.
Machines and mechanical equipment in your home need to be prepared properly for your move, to protect them from internal damage. Washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, stereos, grandfather clocks and waterbeds are common examples should be serviced. All servicing should be performed by licensed professionals.
If you are wanting this service, please notify our office and these charges will be added to your bill of lading. Please remember that if these articles are not serviced before transportation they will travel at your own risk for any internal damage that may occur.
Service for Seniors
Retirement age presents a unique situation for people when they move. Your relocation of belongings would often be smaller but filled with many more family heirlooms and items of great sentimental value. We realize these things are important to you and require special care and sensitivity.
Multiple Location Pick Up
Often other residences are involved. You may need us to pickup items at your cottage, second home or at the homes of other family members. You may also require at the destination that part of your shipment would need to be delivered to another family members or delivered into clean storage because it won't fit into your new home.
Valuation is a term used in the moving industry for the protection of your goods against loss or damage while in the care of the van lines. It is not insurance but works the same way. You have two options available and should chose the one most suited for you.
Released Rate Protection
This no additional cost plan provides minimal protection, which will not be adequate unless you will be reimbursed by another party or your goods are of nominal value.
Replacement Value Protection
For an additional charge, you can increase the coverage of your shipment to ensure the full repair or replacement of every item.
